Crash exercise programs don’t have as bad a reputation as crash diets, but they are equally frequent and equally frustrating. Time and again women disappointed in their figure, or in their increasing waistline, make solemn vows to find an exercise program and stick with it. They head out and bring home expensive equipment, the latest DVDs, and new gym memberships. For a few days these woman give their routine a chance, intending that this will be the time they shapeup for good. But we’ve all been there at one time or another and we know what happens next. Eventually you wind up with an expensive clothes hanger, a library of unwatched fitness videos, and a monthly deduction to your bank account with little results to show for it.
