Cellulite doesn’t appear overnight, so it’s always important to look at what you put into your body. Believe it or not, diet is the leading cause of cellulite. The foods we eat can make or break us. Drinking enough water throughout the day is a great way to get a cellulite-free body. Water flushes out the stored fats and toxins in your body. Aim for drinking at least 2 liters a day, which is a little more than 8 cups.


If you love salt, but crave a cellulite-free body, you may have your work cut out for you. Those sodium-packed foods you love so much cause water retention, and water retention promotes cellulite growth.


In particular, you should up your intake of Vitamin C. Why? Vitamin C is great at eliminating toxins from your body. Incorporate more citrus fruits in your diet and say good-bye to those cottage cheese thighs.


As stated before, cellulite growth is promoted by water retention. Both coffee and tea cause your body to retain water. Switch to decaf and you’ll be better off.
